Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2026 | Last Updated: May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for accessing our website and using our services. By choosing to work with us, you consent to these guidelines.

1. Scope of Services Provided

Pacific Futures provides free educational advice and guidance to students applying to international universities. Our services include program discovery, application navigation, pre-departure support, check-ins as you begin your studies, and supporting your ongoing success through to employment seminars upon graduation.

2. No Legal or Immigration Advice

Pacific Futures is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice. While we may provide general information regarding student visa processes, all specific legal or visa-related questions should be directed to a qualified immigration attorney or the relevant government authorities.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide to us and to the universities during the application process. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of our services and potentially affect your university admission status.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

While we strive to provide the highest quality guidance, admission to any university is at the sole discretion of the institution. Pacific Futures does not and cannot guarantee admission to any specific university, program, or scholarship.

5. Fees & Payments

Pacific Futures provides advice, program discovery, and application support services to students at no cost. Our work is fully funded by our network of partner universities. Any external fees—such as university application costs, health insurance, student visa fees, and tuition—must be paid directly by you to the appropriate institution or government authority.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Since we do not charge students for our services, there are no fees that can be refunded.

7. Citizenship Status

For students applying to Australian or New Zealand universities, you confirm that you do not have permanent residency or citizenship in Australia or New Zealand and that you will be applying as an international student.

8. Meetings & Availability

Meetings will be a maximum of 30 minutes and take place virtually from Monday to Thursday. Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Multiple no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in termination of services. We will be available during reasonable business hours and endeavor to reply to all emails within two business days.

9. Exclusive Rights

You agree to work exclusively with Pacific Futures, Inc., for application submission to our university partners and to ensure that Pacific Futures is listed or linked with each application.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, as well as any materials we provide over email and in shared drives, whether designated with copyright insignia or not—is the sole property of Pacific Futures, Inc., protected by U.S. and international copyright laws, and may not be shared or forwarded to other parties.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the site to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or that infringes on the rights of others.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Pacific Futures, Inc., is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Futures, Inc., shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our advice will not include legal advice, nor should it be construed as such.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Confidentiality & Data

By signing an agreement to work with us, you are granting us permission to share your data and information with our university partners in order to facilitate your applications. Data will be stored in secure, access-controlled folders and transferred with appropriate safeguards. All records will be deleted within one year of your university enrolment.
